Initial information
Reach out and see how LD Equine Solutions can help. Provide some initial information first:
- Do you have a saddle you want to try and fit?
- What do you do with your horse?
- What kind of horse do you have?
- When is the last time you had a fitter out?
- What kind of saddle do you have?
- Are you willing to look for a new saddle if that saddle doesn't work?
- Are there any pressing/major issues?

Send a rough schedule of what you have available
Take a look at the trips listed below, and if you think you could make one of those dates work, reach out ASAP
Send Lily your barn address so she can plan accordingly
Trip fee deposit
To ensure a spot, a deposit of $50 will be due. This will be counted towards your total price at the end of your appointment. Deposits can be made via online card payment or Venmo. If you cancel within a week of the appointment, you will not be receiving this deposit back.

Saddle Fitting of an Existing Saddle

Includes tracings, palpations, static and dynamic fit, and any minor flocking adjustments
Demoing new saddles

Includes tracings, palpations, static and dynamic fit of as many County saddles as you and your horse are willing to try
Trip Fee
0.60/mile travelled
This is split among everyone on the trip, so the more the merrier
This will be calculated day of trip to account for everyone on the trip
Deposit/Cancellation Policy

A deposit is due at time of scheduling. This will not be refunded if you cancel within a week of your scheduled appointment. If you choose to reschedule within a week of your appointment, an additional deposit will be due
